The first priority of the Great Outdoors RV, Nature, and Golf course is, and always will be, to preserve the natural surroundings of this remarkable resort. That's why each site is carefully planned to leave as much nature as possible. “It was our intent for the majority of our sites to back up to our golf course, a lake or nature so that you would have neighbors side to side, but no one behind you.”

The builders of the Great Outdoors enhanced nature with man-made pleasures so the RV’er could experience the scenic beauty of the par-71 PGA golf course winding through woodlands…. or try your luck with rod and reel against the largemouth bass carefully stocked in our lakes and ponds. 

A private playground for active fun or quiet contemplation exists to help you decide what your lifestyle choices will be.   Choose from spacious RV sites and protective ports to custom-built homes.

As an overnight guest, you'll appreciate paved streets, wide turnarounds and angled sites.  All full-hookup sites include level, concrete pads,  and 30/50 amps.

At The Great Outdoors, you can have the best of both worlds - the easy-going RV lifestyle or a beautiful site-built home of your own, with RV parking right on your own lot. If you decide you want to join the resort on a more permanent basis, or if you are looking to investing for your future, you will be glad to know that your site is deeded to you with a fee simple title - you own your land!

The Great Outdoors Florida RV park limits rigs to self-contained, 18' or longer RVs (no truck campers, pop up’s, or tents).   With weather still fluctuating in the 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and on the odd occasional day even warmer, March isn’t a bad month to still find yourself in Florida.  Happy Traveling!
