John is published as a photographer and writer more than
500 times per year. He has won numerous awards for his outstanding
photography. Over the past thirty years his travels have
taken him to: Jordan, Israel, Syria, Africa, China, 30 trips
into Brazil's Amazon Jungle, Argentina, 26 trips into Belize,
Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Canada, Fiji Islands, Jamacia, Italy,
Germany, England, Switzerland, and other countries (as well as Alaska and Hawaii state-side).

over the state, including the Cisco Press, Eastland Telegram,
Ranger Times, The Rising Star, The Callahan County Star,
in addition to his special articles in other state newspapers.

authored by Pamela Bloom. The book was an Lowell Thomas 1997 award-winner. The book is about traveling the Amazon
jungle which John has done some thirty times.
