January of 2001 was a turning point for destination spas.
The Mii amo Spa was opened within the 70-acre Enchantment
Resort for a "marriage made in heaven." The main
building for the luxury spa is a 24,000-square-foot building
uniquely and beautifully blended into the red rock canyon
walls. All of the dcor is from indigenous and natural
materials to harmonize with the environment. One of the special
architectural feature are the 5 adobe brick towers that rise
from the Anasazi design 172 foot long base and house the nineteen
luxury treatment rooms, from which the client can view the
canyon or natural light wells. There are 5 outdoor treatment
areas under natural trellises. The natural design is a towering
