The Mansion on Turtle Creek, Texas’ only Five-Star, Five-Diamond luxury hotel. A Rosewood Hotel, is a world-renowned hotel of nine stories with 143 guest rooms including 16 suites. Adjacent to the hotel tower are the restaurant, bar, and private dining rooms in the restored Sheppard King Mansion.
LOCATION
The Mansion on Turtle Creek is situated on a 4.63-acre site on a terraced hill at the corner of Turtle Creek Boulevard and Gillespie Street in Dallas, Texas. The hotel is located just five minutes from the Central Business District of downtown Dallas, less than 30 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and next to Dallas' most prestigious residential area, the Park Cities.
HOTEL ENTRANCE
A dramatic floral arrangement greets the visitor at the entrance to the 32-foot-high marble rotunda leading to the reception desk, concierge and a lobby elegantly appointed with antiques and comfortable lounge chairs with sofa groups around the fireplace.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Suites
There are two ninth floor Terrace Suites of 1,350 square feet each, including a 900-square foot living and dining area, a 450-square foot bedroom with a king-sized canopy bed, a large bath with separate shower, a guest powder room, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with views of the Dallas downtown skyline.
Three 1,350-square foot Master Suites on the seventh floor including a 450-square foot bedroom, a 900-square foot living and dining area, guest powder room, large bathroom with oversized tub and shower, fully equipped kitchen, built-in bar and two balconies.
Living and dining areas have parquet floors, decorative fireplaces, VCRs, stereos, and brass and marble fixtures in the bathrooms. Eleven Executive and Parlor Suites on the second, seventh, eighth, and ninth floors are 900-square feet each with 450-square foot bedrooms, built-in bars, balconies off the living and dining areas.
Guest Rooms
The 127 spacious guest rooms are 450-square feet each with a comfortable sitting area, marble bath and separate vanity. Each has a large closet with an automatic light, a vanity with cosmetic lights, a full length mirror, individually controlled air conditioning, armoire, desk or easy chair and ottoman, butler tray table and love seat. Thirty-eight recently renovated Mansion Deluxe rooms offer oversized marble baths with sunken tub, glass enclosed shower, and double sinks. All rooms feature custom furnishings.

DINING
The Mansion on Turtle Creek Restaurant. The Mansion Restaurant has a Five-Diamond AAA rating, serves Southwest cuisine with an international flare and is open for lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch. The Bar features a trio on weekends and is available for a casual lunch and dinner. The Promenade offers breakfast overlooking the beautifully landscaped front entrance. Housed within the 10,000-square foot Sheppard King Mansion are the award-winning Restaurant and Bar at The Mansion on Turtle Creek. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and includes small, intimate private dining areas as well as the main dining room with its adjacent enclosed veranda. A fireplace at each end of the main dining area and a collection of art and antiques, together with the original wood paneling, carved ceilings and leaded glass windows, add to the residential feeling.

Bar The Bar, open for casual lunch and supper, displays hunting trophies and 18th-century hunting theme paintings and lithographs hung on forest green fabric walls. The Bar also features pianist and singer Henry Munoz, with a trio on weekends.
The Promenade Overlooking the beautifully landscaped front entrance, The Promenade is a garden-style room featuring lush floral arrangements and floor-to-ceiling Palladian windows. In this cheerful and bright room, guests may enjoy a relaxing breakfast.
Pool Terrace Delicious meals and light snacks are served on the pool terrace from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily on a seasonal basis. Sample menu items include healthy salads, sandwiches, desserts and beverages.
PRIVATE DINING
Seven private dining rooms are located at The Mansion on Turtle Creek.
The Sheppard King Suite is a spacious room suitable for elegant parties and receptions. Adjacent to a canopied terrace, guests may enjoy a breathtaking view of Turtle Creek. The Sheppard King Suite can comfortably seat 60 for meal functions, or accommodate a reception for 75-100 people.
FDR Suite is designed for smaller parties of up to 16 people. French doors overlooking the landscaped courtyard and fountain provide access to a terrace that can be used for meeting breaks or cocktails.
The Burford Room was specially designed as a board room for executive conferences, and is ideal for quiet, productive business breakfasts and luncheons. At 228 square feet, it can accommodate 10 to 12 people.
The Hunt Suite is an elegantly appointed private dining room offering such residential features as classic Empire-style chairs and a sitting area facing a fireplace. This intimate dining room is ideal for meal functions for 24 people or cocktail receptions for 40.
The Pavilion connects the restaurant and bar with the hotel tower and can accommodate 100 for meetings and 150 for seated dinners. The Promenade is the reception foyer for The Pavilion and is a dazzling area featuring Palladian windows. This room provides a lovely setting for breakout lunches and dinners for 60 guests and receptions for 150. Combined, the Promenade and the Pavilion may hold a reception for 350 people or dinner for 150 people.
The Wine Cellar is an intimate and elegant setting unequaled in Dallas. Surrounded in warm, candlelit ambiance, hosts can summon spectacular meals served on 24-carat gold china for up to 12 guests, created by our award-winning culinary staff and sommelier.

Rates begin at $325 to $530 for standard rooms and $675 to $2,400 for suites.
